Checking circuit boards (plastic-coated metal parts)

The task

Checking the manufacturing quality of injection-moulded parts with coated metal parts. To prevent faults such as short-circuiting, the conductor paths must be completely coated. The system can also check the criteria that are important for fully automated further assembly. Included here are the positions of the pins and any deformation. To check assembly stages, our system can directly monitor the quality of insertion of the metal components into the die.
